Members are warmly invited to join us for the Club’s all-important Annual General Meeting!

At the Annual General Meeting, we welcome all new and current Members to have their say on important decisions that will help shape the future of your Club.

About the Board

Every year, there are several offices that need to be filled with good folk keen to apply their skills and experience to support your club in a governance capacity.

Meeting monthly, the Board's job is to resolve and direct the Club's general business. However, as some things require particular focus and/or specialised skills, Board members also form Special Committees which can include other members as advisors. Special Committees meet separately, and could be an ongoing ("Standing") committee to support a key function, or a temporary committee that is just formed to understand and progress an issue or coordinate a project.

We really appreciate all the time and effort that our Governance team invest in the Club. They are positive, proactive, and collaborative, helping not only keep us on track, but to set a strategic direction, get things done and build the club's legacy for future generations.

2026 Roles

There are 4 elected Board Member positions and one Trustee position to be filled this year.

Eligibility

To be eligible for nomination, you need to have been a financial Member of the Cashmere Club for at least one year. You need to be nominated by two other Cashmere Club Members who have both been financial Members of the Club for at least one year.

AGM Sunday 5 July, 3pm-6pm

VOTING Friday 10 July, 4pm-7pm, & Saturday 11 July, 11am-5pm
